Well Ghost, you deserve all of them. All are very nice and now we have a page we can come to for BOTM.

PS: I like that Victory. V-Twins are my favorite regardless who makes em.

Hey, welcome to the forum Rich!   I was going to say that damn, you probably don't have a very long riding season up there in Alaska, yes?? But then realized that I doubt that it's much better here in South Dakota ~ seriously it could snow ANY time now and stay until next June!!
LOL?? :thrussian:

As I WILL have it running "Tits" in a few days after I get the new carb slide springs and thoroughly rebuild the barbs,
I would lie to offer up my '92 GSX1100G for concideration...

Look on the bright side, we're getting enough traffic to attract the spammer's.

I second this emotion!! :teeth:

Eric IF I had the bucks (I don't ~ who does??) I'd set you on the trail of finding me a killer deal on a Suzuki GT750 Lemans ~ 1977 thru 1974 (hmmm, I really don't want the original 4 leading shoe 72' or the continued Jukebox 73')!!   I'm really missing this bike a LOT these days, need I say why???

Actually I'd really like the 1977 ~ for the last model year Suzuki did add Pointless Ignition (but I assume retained the Mechanical Advance?). Believe me you don't want to be resetting THREE sets of points and changing 3x Condensers & Points every other month... well, the amount I USED to ride!! LOL ~ Nuff' said. :bogie:

LRG, I have had me eyes on a few of them lately.
I'll be narrowing down the search to the latest models now that I know...

Wow... I'm thinking IF I ever got another one now I'd have to do some serious LOWERING on it... :teeth:  Rear Shocks and Slide the Fork Tubes up the Triple Tree a Inch...  The last 750 I had (a Kawi Four) I had a hell of a time just backing the frucker up... SIGH ~ we don't have these problems when we are younger!!! Just sayin'... I loved the Susie but I DO remember: like most Metrics at the time it was Wide, Tall, and clumsy!!  :PP  The 05' FXDL seriously is the easiest bike I've had to maneuver in the past 25-30 years but admittedly just not quite as solid down the highway.... certainly better then past Wings and a Beemer though.  8)  BUT of course once you are down the road just about everything feels comfortable to ride ~ they are motorcycles after all!! :yahoo: The LeMans was the first (considered then) 'big bike' I ever rode. I first tried a used 72/73 then got a new 76'. I nearly lost my life on that bike BUT I can't think badly of it, y'all know?? One thing for sure is this time I will NOT be dressing that f**ker OUT!!! Bares bones is the way to go ~ a sissy bar / soft bags / and a small shield ~ I am good to go.   But at 30 mpg average in this day and age (on a bike) will be hard to swallow ~ just have to figure well at least it's almost 4x what my 78' Ranchero gets!! LOL

LRG, I have had me eyes on a few of them lately.
